Holding Space for Desire: The Power of Sacred Intimacy

From a young age, I knew there was something sacred about my sexuality. As a queer man, I’ve always felt like my capacity to love differently—unconventionally—wasn’t a deviation from something “normal,” but a divine invitation to live and love more honestly.

I’ve been drawn to the esoteric, to spirit, and to the idea that we can live a life that’s both embodied and expansive from a very young age. My early spiritual path led me through yoga and into a deep reverence for philosophy, myth, and the healing power of presence. But it wasn’t until I attended my first Body Electric workshop in 2012 that something opened up within me: my sexuality and my spirituality were never separate—they were always meant to be integrated.

That’s what sacred intimacy is. It’s the union of eros and spirit, of body and soul. It’s the place where our deepest desires meet our deepest truths.

What Happens in a Sacred Intimacy Session?

Every session is different because every man is different. But what stays the same is this:

You’re met with presence.
You’re held with care.
You’re welcomed just as you are.

We explore the body not as an object to be fixed or judged—but as a vessel of wisdom, pleasure, and story. Through intentional touch, breath, and grounded guidance, we soften shame and open space for something new to emerge.

Sometimes that’s desire. Sometimes grief. Often, it’s both. Sacred intimacy honours it all.

As a Yoga Therapist and Somatic Embodiment Guide, I support you from a trauma-informed lens—guiding you not just to talk about your desires or wounds, but to feel them, move them, and create space for transformation in your nervous system. This is more than “just a session.” This is somatic remembering. This is homecoming.

Why I Do This Work

Because I’ve lived it.
Because I am it.

I know what it’s like to be disconnected from my erotic self and to wonder whether the parts of me I long to express are too much or not enough. I know what it’s like to crave connection that goes beyond the surface and to not know where or how to find it.

What lights me up is witnessing a man begin to awaken—to see him step into his desires with less fear and more joy. And then to hear, sometimes months or years later, that our time together became a turning point: a spark that led to deeper relationships, a career shift, or finally showing up in the world more fully and freely.

What I Want You to Know

Sacred intimacy isn’t scary—it’s your soul’s longing.

It’s not about performance.
It’s not about “getting off.”
It’s not even about fixing anything.

It’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s about making space for pleasure and presence in every part of your life.
It’s about letting go of the shame that was never yours to carry.

This work has taught me that pleasure isn’t something reserved for special moments—it’s a way of living. It’s found in stillness, in breath, in being witnessed and held. It’s in the softness and the surrender, the wildness and the weeping. It’s in the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

If you’re curious—trust that.
If you’re scared—good. That means there’s something powerful here for you.
And if you’re ready—you’re already halfway there.

Take your time exploring.

You can learn more about me here and get a deeper sense of my approach on the Work With Me page.

And if something inside you is saying yes—even quietly—I invite you to fill out the intake form when you’re ready to begin.

Sacred intimacy is a journey.
It would be an honour to walk it with you.
